Schleichfahrt, German for silent running, describes a submarine, shutting off the engine to avoid noises, being followed by a battleship.
In Walker's Cologne studio the two were so high on ecstasy that both felt 5" above ground silent running, in an ocean of beer cans.

Khan & Walker's "Schleichfahrt" was originally released in 1996 on Munich label Disko B (db37) as a double 12" and CD.
Minimal acid techno curated by DJ Hell.

Schleichfahrt is a straightforward acid album compared to the rather experimental and bubbly material the duo put out on labels such as Mille Plateaux, Smile Communication, DJungle Fever, or Rising High UK.
